Pupils must be 17 or over and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.

You must show your driving instructor your provisional licence before lessons can commence.  Failure to do so will result in your lesson being cancelled.  Your instructor reserves the right to charge for your lesson.

For safety reasons,your instructor reserves the right to cancel any lesson if he suspects you are under the influence of drugs/alcohol or any other substance.  Should this occur a charge will be made for your lesson.

Cancellation of lessons less than 24 hours beforehand will result in the lesson being charged.

Payment can be made directly to your instructor by cash or cheque. Block bookings must be paid on the first lesson of the block.

If your instructor requires to cancel your lesson, arrangements will be made to reschedule at mutually convenient time.

Before sitting your practical driving test you must have passed the DSA theory test.

Your instructor will not permit the use of his vehicle should he feel you are not competent enough to pass the practical test.

Your instructor will charge for a lesson prior to your practical test and for the use of his vehicle during the test.  Payment for the practical test is the responsibility of the pupil.
